The following conditions apply to all deliveries from www.Outletcamping.com.
You can only order via our website www.Outletcamping.com.
To make a purchase at www.outletcamping.com you will have to go through six steps.
1) You find the products you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket.
2) Then you go to checkout
3) Enter your personal details with shipping address.
You have the option to choose a different shipping address than your home address.
Remember to enter your mobile number so that we can reach you if there is a need for this.
4) Select shipping and payment method.
5) Approved the terms and conditions
6) Verify that all information is correct and confirm the finally order.
Once you've placed your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation containing the information you have submitted on the website. Moreover, this also contains information about your rights as for Return and Cancelation.
Reservations are made for goods sold and any error on the website.
All prices on www.outletcamping.com are stated in British Pounds/Euros including VAT, taxes customs etc.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa card, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.
Final payment for the goods are completed when they are shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery is by DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution).
Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 days in rest of the world. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank/Public holidays.
Outletcamping.com can not be held responsible for any delays with DPD, as well as matters that are beyond our reach, including weather or improper delivery from third part.
Under the current legislation on internet on Danish websites, there is 14 days return policy on all products. The 14 days return policy is valid from the day you received your goods.
You are free to return unwanted or unsuitable goods provided that the goods are returned to us in a new, unused and re-saleable condition and the goods are returned either in or with their original packaging and instruction manuals.
When returning goods please include a return label and we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods as soon as we receive your product and verified that the product meets the conditions for returning goods. See return address on the return label. To receive the return label please contact us by e-mail.
When returning unwanted or unsuitable goods or requiring exchange of your goods we will not return delivery charge.
If you wish to return goods which you believe are damaged or faulty, please contact us on the e-mail address or phone number below. You have a two year warranty.
When complaints arise later than six months after purchase, the buyer must prove that the fault was present at the time of purchase.
It is however a prerequisite that these deficiencies are not caused by misuse or sustained after purchase, or subject to normal wear and tear.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after you have found the fault. Claims made within two months after discovery of the defect is considered to be timely.
Outletcamping.com will refund reasonable freight costs if the complaint is accepted. We reserve the right to repair the product or send replacement.
Limitation of Liability:
Reservations are made for price increases, tax changes, currency changes, sold out / discontinued products and typos.
Applicable law and jurisdiction:
Any dispute shall be governed by Danish law by the ordinary courts.

Information is stored by outletcamping.com in a database on a secure server for which there is no direct access from the Internet. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties. Credit card information is send by outletcamping.com to PBS in a secure and encrypted SSL connection and is not saved by outletcamping.com.
