When will I receive my goods?
You will receive your goods within 3-5 days after you have received our confirmation email.
Can I collect my goods at your warehouse ?
It is not possible to pick up the goods at our warehouse! We dispatch your order directly to your address.

As we only sell online we only accept payment by credit card. You can pay with Visacard or Mastercard.
Complaints
Please contact us immediately so we may speedily and fairly deal with the matter. We endeavour to reply to any e-mail / complaint within 1 working days. Customer services can be contacted on +45 76 74 13 70 Mon-Fri 9am-12pm.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the goods are received. Please contact us if you need to return your order. You will then receive a Return Form that need to follow the goods back to us. Goods must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
