Sleeping six in a 2x2x2 split rear bedroom, the simple to understand and use Lawndale 6 is perfect for longer family camping holidays. The roomy tent has a surprisingly low packed size and weight thanks to the use of tough Duratec glassfibre poles, helping ease transportation, pitching and mainenance. Practical camping comfort is assured by the full standing height, large living area, front canopy for all-weather protection, large front D-door, additional side door access, large windows, low vent positioning and Rear Ventilation System.

The tent is a second hand tent and may have been used at exhibitions either indoors or outdoors. The faults may have been a defect air tube / pole, hole in the groundsheet, faulty tent bag or other smaller faults in mosquito net. It has been checked by our service department to rectify the faults and the tent is now fully functional. We always recommend that you test pitch the tent before you go on a trip to get to know it.
Be aware that (UV) ultraviolet rays will damage your tent if you expose it to direct sunlight for longer periods of time. Outtex® fabric used on Outwell® tents increases the lifetime of the tent. Outwell Product are made for camping use which is normally 2-5 weeks usage a year. They are not designed for permanent usage and should only be used as camping products. Camping near the sea or lake can further enhance the effect of UV radiation. The same applies to poles and metal parts

Outtex® 3000 Select
Outtex® 3000 Select is a hard-wearing, quality, 100 per cent polyester that addresses key expectations for fabrics ideal for regular general camping. It is fire retardant and has a PU-coating that provides a 3,000mm hydrostatic head waterproof rating
Fire Retardant
Material meets all the latest regulations for tent materials
Taped Seams
Extra protection across all seams, the tape ensures no chance of any water ingress
OWS System Force 8
Outwell Wind Stabilizer System 8 uses a strong hook and loop fastening system as a direct attachment point for the flysheet and tent pole. An effective system which keeps the whole tent stable whatever the weather.
Duratec Pole
Using Outwell's own fibreglass-based blend of materials for strength and rigidity.
Flex System
Our Duratec pole system provides flexibility, easy handling and low weight
Outwell Sewn-in Ground System
A sealed-in groundsheet is the best way to keep draughts, insects, dirt and water out of a tent. When the groundsheet is an integral part of the tent it ensures all-weather protection from the ground upwards.
Outwell Easy Access System with mesh
Main door folds to one side and the groundsheet lies flush with the ground for safe, easy access.
Dark Inner
Dark roof and side panels reduce light entry into bedrooms to improve sleep quality. Perfect for early nights, lie-ins and to prevent waking at sun rise. Dark curtains over mesh vents further control light entry
Outwell HookTrack System
Strategically placed tracks allow the placement of special hooks from which to run cables and attach lightweight accessories
Cable Entry Point
Zipped section to allow a mains lead to be safely run into the tent
Dry Zip
Taped zip seams ensure watertight performance
Toggle-up Curtain
Curtains with conveniently located fixings at each window, letting in as much, or as little, daylight, as required.
Tinted Windows
Windows with a tinted coating serving two key functions; protection against the sun’s glares and privacy in the tent.
Hanging Point System
Attaches the inners with a toggle through the suspension point taped to the tent for strength and security
Carrybag
Bag with straps for carrying the packed tent short distances
Sleep Comfort 5 People
We are defining our tents by a comfort sleeping rating - the industry standard allows 60 cm per person in each bedroom - we know that this is not enough and with the advent of airbeds we have decided that the Outwell sleep-comfort is 70-80 cm per person.
Premier Bedrooms offer more space and help to make pitching easy; Cable Entry points to inners for mains access
Heavy duty Outwell zips run reliably and freely
Large Rain Safe front entry for shelter from rain and sun
Large windows, with toggle-up curtains, ensuring privacy and allowing campers to stay in touch with the outdoors
Full mesh front door for air flow and protection from insects
Pre-attached and adjustable inner tents make pitching easy
Organiser pockets help to keep tent contents handy
Lamp holder and light cable tidies are inspired solutions to secure tent lighting
Fully seam-sealed flysheet for maximum protection from the elements
Mesh pockets in the inner tents keep small items safe and handy
Reinforcement patch on all stress points
Adjustable pegging points for pitching flexibility
Pre-attached luminous guylines for convenience and fast pitching
